For graduate and undergraduate students, early-career HR professionals, non-HR practitioners, and those making the move into HR employment, the Associate Professional in Human Resources - International (aPHRiTM) program has been created. For the upcoming generation of emerging HR stars and people managers in worldwide settings, the aPHRi will serve as a significant badge of distinction.
Anyone with no HR experience.
You must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent internationally in order to be eligible for the aPHRi.
Given that this certificate is knowledge-based, no prior HR experience is necessary.
Self-Paced Online (SPO) classes are entirely online courses that let learners set their own deadlines and schedules while absorbing the material at their own pace. To view their course materials, students log into the Red Learning website or mobile application. For students who have demanding schedules, obligations to their families or employers, or both, SPO courses provide a flexible choice.
As soon as you log in to the website and complete the payment, you will be assigned to the registered course. You are then ready to go.
You must watch the videos in order, complete assessments, and pass chapter-by-chapter quizzes in order to successfully finish a self-paced course.
If a student has finished half of their coursework, they are qualified for an extension. Requests for extensions must be made directly on the website. AED 333 for a one-month extension and AED 999 for a three-month extension are the charges.
Self–Paced Course materials are accessed online. Study material for courses can be purchased at our office. There will be additional charges for the materials.
No, there is no instructor interaction. SPO courses are best for self-directed learners who can determine the amount of time needed to master the material provided in each module.
You can begin our self-paced online courses anytime once you are enrolled for the course, and complete them on your own schedule. However, the time to complete a course is maximum constrained by a 3-month .
You can book to take exam at the Test Center, or online (home) where the proctor is monitoring.
