Course Overview
This qualification is designed to meet the needs of senior and middle managers in managing their organizations and to facilitate their advancement to higher positions within their organizations. Managers need to be aware of issues and be able to analyze their potential consequences and implications and decide how to respond. They do not need to be experts in all areas of business, but they do need to have a general awareness of what specialized facilities and services exist and how they can help in the performance of that role. The program covers current topics that reflect the key issues of the 21st-century business environment, as well as the latest developments in management research.
