This Policy is implemented in all areas of Services by

  • Developing and improving the Quality Management System periodically.
  • Meets applicable regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements and relevant national/international standards.
  • Monitoring processes towards Service quality into our systems and services.
  • Establishing Objectives to improve the process of Quality Management system continually

  • Providing timely delivery of products/services to our customers.
  • Continual improving the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • Implementing Risk Based Thinking and Identifying the root cause of non-conformities and subsequently eliminating the same.
  • Providing periodical training to the staff to help them understand the importance of Quality Management System.
  • Enhancing Customer Satisfaction.
  • Identifying interested parties’ requirements and addressing internal, external issues to have control over the Quality Management System.
