FAQ's

Self-Paced Online (SPO) classes are entirely online courses that allow students to set their schedule and deadlines as they move through the content at their own pace. Students log into red learning website or mobile application to view their course content. SPO courses are a flexible option for students with busy schedules, family responsibilities, and/or work obligations.

You will be assigned to the registered course as soon as you login to the website and finish the payment. Then you're ready to go.

To effectively complete a self-paced course, you must view the videos in order, complete assessments, and take chapter-by-chapter quizzes.

Students are eligible for an extension if they have completed half of their coursework. Extension requests must be directly through website. The fee for an extension is AED 333 for 1 month and AED 999 for 3 month.

For Faculty support, there will be open session on every Sunday at 7.00pm to 10.00pm (UAE Time).
Faculty support includes:
• Questions & Answers
• Queries about the subjects
• Username: your registered email id
• Password: the password you created when you initially logged in to our site.
• Click the "Forgot Password?" link to retrieve or recreate your password.
• Use the forgot password link to either activate or reset your login credentials.

Self–Paced Course materials are accessed online. Study material for courses can be purchased at our office. There will be additional charges for the materials.

No, there is no instructor interaction. SPO courses are best for self-directed learners who can determine the amount of time needed to master the material provided in each module.

You can begin our self-paced online courses anytime once you are enrolled for the course, and complete them on your own schedule. However, the time to complete a course is maximum constrained by a 3-month .

You can book to take exam at the Test Center, or online (home) where the proctor is monitoring.
