RMP Course Overview

The PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification recognizes your ability to recognize and assess project risks, manage threats, and seize opportunities. You improve and defend your organization’s needs in this role.

Exam requirements

• Secondary education (equivalent to a high school diploma, associate’s degree, or international equivalent)
• Within the last five years, you must have had 36 months of project risk management experience.
• Project risk management education for 40 hours

or

• Bachelor’s degree (or its global equivalent) is a four-year degree.
• Within the last 5 years, you have had 24 months of project risk management experience.
• Project risk management education for 30 hours
